Just thought I would do a short blog about the sale of my property: 7a Faulkner Street, Hoole, Chester.
I bought the flat and have lived there for eight years, after deciding it was ideal for my work which is www.chestertourist.com. And it superseded my expectations - been very happy here.
I feel at home at my flat and have best of both worlds. A thriving community - shops of all descriptions nearby Pubs, Chip Shop, Takeaway, Convenience Store and because you are on the first floor you feel away from the hustle and bustle.
Why am I selling up?
With my father now living alone in Farndon I find it economical and sensible to join forces with him and I am still close to Chester.
